Loan me $4000, I'll pay you $4800.
OK, here's the deal. I have fallen behind on bills due to a custody disupute. I do alright as far as income but my credit is not up to par (due to the same circumstances). If I can get everything paid to date then I will be fine because my income will allow me to start paying the minimums (or a little more).
What I offer is this. If anyone will loan me $4000 by October 1, I will pay them back $4800 in weekly installments of $400 beginning on October 13. That's 12 installments of $400 each.
I am willing to put this in writing and have the note notarized. I am located near Chicago. Please let me know.
